The bathroom is centrally positioned with bath and powerful shower and there is a second toilet in a separate room. The kitchen is well equipped with modern cooker and separate hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave oven. The combined lounge and dining room is a light and spacious room with great views over the valley, beach and out to sea. French doors open out onto a gravelled terrace ideal for alfresco dining and the private gardens offer grassy areas and pretty flower beds. Parking for 3 cars and outside storage.

Enjoy the historic harbour town of Padstow just 15 minutes drive along the coast with it's interesting shops and fabulous dining including Rick Stein's world renowned Seafood Restaurant. Just 2 minutes drive and you're at Watergate Bay a great destination for adrenalin seekers - the Extreme Academy offers everything from kite surfing to mountain boarding while the Beach Hut and Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall will cater for your every culinary desire. The South West Coast Path runs right through Mawgan Porth and within a few hundred metres of Atlantic View Bungalow - whether you turn left towards Newquay or right towards Padstow you will be rewarded with some of the finest coastal scenery in the United Kingdom, from dramatic, towering cliffs to secluded, tranquil beaches with plenty of opportunities for refreshment along the way.
